HOA Dispute Review: $495
We will spend one hour reviewing the governing documents you send us along with the relevant notices, emails, and photographs. We will then schedule a thirty minute phone conversation with you to discuss how the language of the governing documents and Indiana law affects your position, whether the HOA appears to have followed the required procedures, strengths and weaknesses of your position, and recommended next steps.
Attorney Letter: $995
We will analyze and incorporate the language in the governing documents, applicable law, and other applicable documents to prepare a formal demand or position letter concerning your dispute that our office will send to your association on your behalf. It will explain to the board the strengths of your position and that your position must be considered based on the law and the facts unique to your situation.
Grievance Resolution
Meeting & Negotiations: $1,295
Indiana law requires many types of disputes between owners and their associations to go through formal grievance resolution procedures, which can include a face-to-face meeting. Our office will take part in the initial meeting between the owner and the association and will handle the negotiations that result from the initial meeting.
Mediation & Negotiations: $1,295
Indiana's formal grievance resolution procedures sometime result in the need for pre-litigation mediation. Our office will take part in the mediation between the owner and the association and will handle any negotiations that occur during and after the mediation.
Litigation: Hourly Rate
In the event you need representation during litigation, our office will provide you competent, zealous advocacy, defending you against the HOA's claims and prosecuting those valid claims you have brought against the association. These services will be provided at the hourly rates listed in our firm's engagement agreement.
